Pat is selling his penthouse condo in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Why is he selling? Same reason I sold our beautiful house in Pennsylvania, TAXES!
Most of the people who live in our development here (fifty-seven homes) moved from the high taxes of the surrounding states of Delaware like Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Maryland.
Pat bought a smaller home in Hamilton, a city which he loves, that has a much lower tax bill. Now perhaps he can afford to live his retirement in comfort without the necessity of having three part-time jobs to pay his bills. Yes, Pat has THREE part-time jobs.

What a beautiful place. I love the location just "over the river" from Buffalo, NY. The abundance of light and layout is welcoming. On the street view, I saw a burrito and pizza place. I am almost all set. Just show me a few coffee places and an Italian restaurant. I would love to walk everywhere-food shopping, cleaners, healthcare... I saw a bus motoring down the street. Perfect! I would make a suggestion for the listing. How about a floor plan for the penthouse included in the slide deck.
Wishing Pat success in the sale of the place. I can see working a part-time job for keeping in the mix of things and a little spending money BUT beyond that, we have to reevaluate.
