Good news folks! Mark and Fred are coming!
Also, this morning I received the menu from Gary Papp, The Essential Chef. Gary's folks will be catering our little get together.
Here is the menu. Looks delicious!
5p.m Cocktail Hour in Breakfast Room-
you and the Inn will provide your own bar needs including bartender.
We will provide Raspberry Green Tea Punch, Cheese Display with Gourmet Crackers, Mixed Nuts
6-8p.m Appetizer Displays in Park View
Spring Vegetable Crudite, Spinach Artichoke Dip
Salsa Fresca with Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
Antipasti Display, Crusty Breads
Sweet & Smoky Southern Bourbon BBQ Mini Meatballs
Maryland Crab Dip, Pita Crisps
Sweets - Mini Vanilla Creme Brûlée

Gary and his wife Lorraine serve a great buffet. I've had the leftovers more than a few times. Always a treat. It's going to be nice to be at the beginning instead of eating leftovers for a change.
