Giant Rubber Duck

Pat took a tour of a Canadian battleship (first I knew there was such a thing) yesterday looking for this seven story rubber duck. Couldn't find it.

He told me there was some controversy over the duck. Specifically the Canadian government spending $120,000 to rent the duck.  You know what I say?  Really?

My question is:  When is that rubber duck coming down here to the good old U.S.A?  We could use some smiles.
