Folks, a quick question. Non world traveler that I am I have no clue what is the best emergency travel medical insurance. Of course I have no plans on getting sick during my two week sojourn in Canada next month but one never knows. Remember last year at this time? I had THREE medical emergency room visits with bouts of kidney stones. So here is my question:
What is the best travel emergency medical insurance?
I'm going to call AARP and AAA tomorrow. I found something on the Internet called "Safe Travel" but I know nothing about it plus their website has next month's dates all screwed up which makes me suspicious of this website. If they can't get the dates right on their website what's their insurance like? Plus, buying anything at random on the Internet is like playing Russian Roulette, it's a BIG CHANCE. And the review sites don't help much either because these companies are on to them and have their minions send in false reviews.
So I need some unbiased help from my weary world traveler blog readers.
The question again is:
WHAT IS THE BEST TRAVEL EMERGENCY MEDICAL INSURANCE?
