Last week I received my new issue of Vanity Fair.  On the cover is this young boy with a helmut haircut.  Who is this person?  


What did I miss?  Am I Rip Van Winkle and I've been in a deep sleep for the past twenty years? 


Excuse me, but WHO THE F__CK IS JUSTIN BIEBER?  


Somebody help me here.......PLEASE!
