YAY!
The Supreme Court just voted down Trump's illegal tariffs.
The vote was 6-3. Of course the usual suspects; Clarence Thomas, Joseph Alito and Bret Kavanaugh voted for Trump and against the American people. The only three Supreme Court justices who are corrupt having accepted vacations and other benefits (Kavanaugh's mortgage loan was paid off), no surprise.
Maybe, just maybe prices in the grocery store will go down now. Probably unlikely though because once prices go up, they rarely go down. We shall see but it is a relief that for once, on this rare occasion the Supreme Court actually voted for the American people instead of the tyrant in the White House.

As I write this he's announced that in response he's now going to impose a global 10% tariff on ALL countries (= in practice, Americans themselves, of course) - but we all know he'll not accept the SCOTUS decision quietly and it'll just come back to his ignoring it and doing what he wants anyway, knowing that in fact he gets away with EVERYthing - even murder (Epstein? - and others?). I really doubt if he's going to change the habit of a lifetime, like accepting being told "NO!".
He won't. The only thing that will probably stop him is when the Democrats take over the House and Senate in the midterms. Nine months is a long time away. A lot could happen. Trump will take down the USA and the world if he can to prevent being removed from office. Fasten your seatbelts.
