Love Is All There Is

She said, “Don't call the doctor, I want to fall asleep peacefully, with your hand in mine.” He told her about the past, how they met, their first kiss. they didn't cry, they smiled. They didn't regret anything, they were grateful. Then she repeated softly, 'I love you forever!' He returned her words, gave her a soft kiss on the forehead. She closed her eyes and fell asleep peacefully with her hand in his. Love is really all that matters because everyone comes into this world with nothing other than love and leaves with nothing other than love. Think about it. Profession, career, bank account, our goods are just tools, nothing more. Everything stays here. So just love….Love those that really love you. Love, as if there was nothing more important in your life.

This is my one wish. My only wish. I've had a good life and this is the way I want to go out.

When I met Pat lo these almost ten years ago (August 2013) I told him "You're the one I want to hold my hand when I die."

I don't want to die alone. I hope I can be with Bill when he passes but the odds are against me. But if I can I will be.

I do not want to die alone.

Ron, whats wrong? Are you okay? Sometimes it is good to talk to someone who will listen. I wish you would or could cheer up some. I am not trying to butt into your life. I been through alot in my life that some couldn't handle. A stranger once helped me snap out of my depression after the loss of husband number 2. It is just a thought. Take care and remember you are loved. I had a little mouse in my apartment today and thought of you and laughed. It was a little thing. I caught it in a dish towel and threw it outside. Okay, I got to get some rest. Hope to see you post again maybe about that house fire and the cause. Woody

Hey Woody,
I'm okay. I just happened to see this posting and thought it was so nice. That's the way I want to end my days, be with Bill when he passes and have Pat with me when I pass. I didn't mean to give the impression that I'm depressed. I don't think I am but I do get discouraged at times. I feel trapped. I would love to take some trips again but it is not to be and probably never again in my life. I'm trying to adjust to my new situation. I keep telling myself my situation could be a lot worse. It is not and in many ways I'm very fortunate. I try to balance. Thanks for your concern.
