Tis Christmas Eve and nary a mouse is ticking (or something like that). I'm ready to make some chocolate chip cookies and whiskey balls.
This is the first time in years that I don't have to work Christmas Eve so I'm going to revive a longtime tradition and make cookies this Christmas Eve with this beautiful music as a background.
Have a wonderful Christmas everyone!

I have only listened to 6 minutes of the medley but it is really a great choice. Happy baking and merry Christmas!
Thanks Nadege. I'm off to cooking now!
Have a wonderful Christmas Eve.
Ron
Happy Holidays, Ron, and greetings from sunny Los Angeles! Sure wish I could sample your balls!!
Tony,
Merry Christmas to you too Tony! Our annual Bloggerpalooza is March 13th, 14th and 15th in Lewes, Delaware. I'll have some balls there for you.

Hey Ron
Sounds like you had a nice peaceful and enjoyable - and productive - Christmas eve. That music sure puts you in the spirit. All the best to you and Bill. Merry Christmas.
Pat
Thank you Pat. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas too with your family.

Just on case I don't catch a post you're making on this day, Xmas day, Ron, wishing you (once more) a very happy holiday - and an exceptional 2014, with much better health. 'See' you later..
Ray,
Thanks for your good wishes. I don't have that many good years left but what I do have left I intend to make good use of them.
Ron
i have never had whisky balls; at least not of this type.
Dr. Spo,
I took my balls (whiskey) to work tonight and gave them to Monica. No one around here wanted them. They're all on the wagon.
Ron
that sounds sad
