Andy and Amy's Haunted House

Halloween is just a few days away.  I was wondering what I going to post to my blog to mark this day, one of my very favorite holidays of the year.   Well folks, I found it.  A video clip from the Ellen Show which shows one of her writers and production assistant taking a "walk" through a haunted house inhabited by zombies.  This has to be the funniest video I've ever seen.

Enjoy!

I don't know if you or any of your readers watch the Walking Dead - but it's pretty gruesome. Mainly because to kill a zombie you have to in some way do major damage to the head - i.e. like using an ax. The second season (I view netflix) became a little too much. It could probably win a Tarantino Award for shed blood if there were such a thing. As for scary monsters - Lon Chaney's Wolfman made me afraid of the dark.

    1. Pat,

I saw a zombie movie which was pretty gruesome. After a while I grew tired of all the blood and gore and lost the story line. I've only watched one Tarantino movie, "Pulp Fiction". I liked it but it was a bit (would you say?) over the top in the violence, blood and gore. One of these movies was enough for me. I'm a lover, not a hater.

  2. I am not a 'zombie" person; I missed the boat on this one. Devils, witches, ghosts - yes! And some ghouls are fun. I will pass on the zombies.

    1. Dr. Spo,

I missed the whole "zombie" thing too but this video was funny. My face hurts from smiling too hard. Wouldn't it be fun at next year's Bloggerpalooza to go through one of these "zombie walks?"

  3. That was good fun. I thought I may not 'get it' as it being 'too American' - but I was laughing out loud by half way.

    1. Ray,

The funniest part is the way Andy is hiding behind the girl while he kept saying he was "protecting her." Then he keeps saying "stop it! stop it right now!!!!!" So gay.

  4. Ron,

Very funny. I have friends who are involved with one of these things, The Bates Motel. I've never been through it though.

    1. Lar,

I think you and I would enjoy a stroll through one of these whatever you call them. Remember the old fun house at Lenape? Now that was scary.
